*What is “Effective Rent?” This is a tool to help you shop. Total Cost of Residency is fundamental. We are the last “All Bills Paid” and among the last “Bills Paid” community in West Campus. To secure a total cost of residency equivalent to here, you must receive a rental rate at this price to have equal cost in an apartment that does not pay for your water, wastewater, gas, trash, cable, internet, parking, or electricity. Know how much you are really spending.
- Security Deposit $300 per person
- No application fee
- Pet deposits start at $400 ($200 non-refundable) for pets under 20 lbs. $20 per month pet fee.
- Never more than 2 pets per apartment.
- We reserve the right to charge more for short term leases ( add 12%).
As always, it is our policy that graduating seniors may renew their 1 bedroom lease contract
for any semester period (1, 2, or up to 3) at the current prevailing annual rate. This way they are not
penalized needing to lease for an extra semester. Two bedroom units are on a case by case basis.
